Golf World - U.S. Open Chambers Bay


The U.S. Open begins on Thursday along with a large amount of fanfare. This will be the first golf broadcast on the Fox Network, who signed a massive deal with the USGA to cover their events. Joe Buck and Greg Norman will man the booth and I am interested to see how they perform. Supposedly, Fox also will have some unique technologies that will add an edge to their coverage.


Here is the television schedule for Fox Sports/Fox Sports 1 and Golf Channel coverage of the Open at Chambers Bay…got to love West Coast, Prime Time Coverage:

Thursday and Friday (first and second round)
