Hello all, the Masters is less than a week away. It is shaping up to be a very competitive event with Jordan Speith defending and Rory, Justin Rose, Jason Day and Phil have all been playing great through the first 1/4 of the season. Who's your pick?
One of my favorite parts of the tournament is the fauna and flora. All of the holes are named after a species that adorn the hills and slopes of the one-time nursery. Holes like Firethorn, Pampas, Tea Olive, and perhaps the signature plant which lends its name to the 13th Azalea. There are over 1,600 azalea bushes lining that hole and when in bloom it is a sight to behold; rumor has it that timing the blossoming bushes to the week of the event has meant packing the plants with ice to slow mother nature.
We hope you can join us for our annual Masters Party at Stowe Mountain Club's New home, the Aline Clubhouse located in the Spruce Village Center. We will be gathering on Sunday, April 10 at 3:00pm to watch the final round of the tournament. There will be door prizes, contests, and much more. Please RSVP below.
