Stowe Golf Spring Update

Hello Stowe Country Club Members,

It's almost 60 degrees. You know what that means. Golf season is right around the corner. We can tell you, that we are always thinking about the season ahead and looking forward to seeing all of you soon.
Just about 80 members took advantage of the Fall Membership Promotion. Next year’s memberships are remaining relatively unchanged with one slight adjustment; each adult membership will include the use of a golf cart. As an added incentive, if you join by the Masters Party (Sunday, April 10…details below) you will be entered into a drawing to win a Titleist 915D2, a Scotty Cameron Putter, or a Titleist Vokey Wedge. You do not need to be in attendance to win. Those who have already purchased their membership are automatically entered into the drawing.

For those of you who play sporadically but still want to maintain your relationship with fellow members, we suggest the ‘Social’ membership, which pays for your dues to the Stowe Golf Association (SGA), USGA Golf Handicap, Men’s or Ladies Twilight League (9 holes, 10 weeks), unlimited use of the Practice Facility, and associated member discounts throughout the clubhouse.

Not only is the ‘Social’ membership great for those who enjoy their time practicing, it is the perfect opportunity to couple a “Social” Membership with a pre-paid ‘10 Pack’ or ‘40 Pack’ of golf vouchers. The vouchers are good for a full day of unlimited golf with cart and use of the practice facility and are fully-transferrable. You can use the vouchers to participate in any of the designated SGA event such as the Club Championship, the Member-Member, Stowe Cup, or any of our other member sponsored events (events fees may still apply).

Stowe Country Club Seasonal Membership applications are available HERE.  If you have any questions, please email me at; or, if you are in town, we would love to give you a tour of the recently completed Stowe Mountain Club Alpine Clubhouse located in the Spruce Peak Village Center.

Stowe Mountain Club continues to grow at a record pace. With the opening of the new Alpine Clubhouse in the Spruce Peak Village Center, the 8-year vision for Stowe Mountain Club is now a reality. By the time you start golfing this spring, the Club expects to sell-out of their non-resident membership opportunities. However, there continues to be a surplus of ‘Summer’ memberships available and those prices are not being increased at this time. Summer memberships provide you access to both golf courses, year-round access to the Alpine Clubhouse with private dining and underground parking*, the Stowe Mountain Lodge Spa featuring year round pool, fitness and Healing Lodge amenities. This is a terrific option for “locals” who may not need one of the Club’s
